Keilah identifies as an interdisciplanary artist of mixed ancestry of predominantly Nuu chah nulth and Coast Salish descent. She has developed skills in a variety of media, including illustration, mural painting, and Coast Salish and West Coast design.
She enjoys working with children and youth and has been involved in a number of youth and community based arts projects and initiatives in Victoria, BC since her move from her territory (Cowichan territory, Duncan, BC) in 2007.
Keilah most recently has begun expanding her practice into the realm of digital and media arts and is interested in finding ways to combine these and the vast spectrum of other media that she is interested in innovative ways.
She is currently loving working as a Visual Arts Assistant for artsREACH and greatly appreciates the many valuable opportunities for learning artsREACH has provided her since she first began working with them in the winter of 2016.
